For almost 30 years, Tri-State Guardrail & Sign. Co. has installed guardrail and interstate signs over the Mid-South area (Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee).
In 1979, Tri-State Guardrail & Sign Co. was founded through a partnership between Elvis Thompson of Thompson Fence & Construction and Terry Phillips. Seven years later the company was incorporated.
Mr. Phillips ran the company as owner and President until March 2003. At that time Melynda F. Sammons purchased a majority of company and is at present owner and President.
The company is located in the Central Mid-South, providing services such as highway guardrail, guard cable, crash cushions and interstate signs. These services are easily provided to Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee. Consulting and installation for highway work, as well as, protective factory guardrail installations are also available.
